St Peter Port is Guernsey's largest parish and the capital of the Bailiwick, serving as the island's main port and administrative centre with a population of 19,295. The parish covers 6.5 km² and encompasses landmarks including Castle Cornet, the Town Church, the Royal Court House, Hauteville House (a Victor Hugo museum), Elizabeth College, and three marinas. It also includes Herm and Jethou within its parish boundaries, and is governed by a douzaine of 20 members including two Constables. —
