Not listed yet?
Coverage is wide, but it is not complete. Businesses that are new, that trade mainly by word of mouth, or that have little presence online can be missing altogether — our sources simply never mention them. If you look for yours and it isn’t there, that is a gap on our side, not a verdict on yours.
Tell us and we’ll add it. Email hello@island.gg with the business name and a website or social page if you have one. Reports like these are the most reliable way we find what the public record leaves out.
The Owners Portal is coming
We’re building a self-serve portal where owners claim their listing with verified ownership and keep it current themselves — hours, services, people, and the story behind the business. Owner-verified facts sit alongside sourced ones, clearly marked.
Rather than opening everything at once, the portal rolls out niche by niche over the coming weeks — each trade and sector gets opened when its listings are ready for owner editing, so the experience is directly tailored to businesses in that category.
