Guernsey Counselling Service is an independent registered charity (charity number CH13) providing professional counselling and counsellor training. Founded in 2004 as Philippi Guernsey and rebranded in 2020, it supports people with stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, isolation, and rejection. Appointments are open to self or professional referral with a sliding-scale fee — no one is turned away for inability to pay. It also offers counsellor training placements and CPD. —
