Guernsey Cyber Security Centre (GCSC) is a specialist consultancy providing cyber security guidance, vulnerability monitoring, and alerting for Guernsey public networks. The Centre also offers safe-disclosure support, incident advice, and coordination. It operates under contract with the States of Guernsey, overseen by the Committee for Home Affairs, and is delivered by the Jersey Cyber Security Centre (JCSC). Matt Palmer is the Director. GCSC launched in 2026 and functions as an advisory body.
