Guernsey Kidney Service is a satellite renal unit at Princess Elizabeth Hospital in St Andrew, operated by Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust in partnership with States of Guernsey Health & Social Care. It provides assessment of newly referred and long-term kidney disease patients, advanced kidney care, haemodialysis (six stations), vascular access surgery, transplant preparation and post-transplant follow-up. Referrals are via GP or the Medical Specialist Group; major inpatient treatment is at Guy's Hospital, London.
