Guernsey Therapy Group Ltd (GTG) is the island's largest physiotherapy provider, founded in 1998 and holding the States of Guernsey secondary healthcare physiotherapy contract since 2002. Operating from three sites — its main clinic at Galeries du Manoir in St Martin, Princess Elizabeth Hospital (in-patient), and Le Rondin School (paediatric) — GTG offers musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, neurological, paediatric, and pelvic health physiotherapy, plus Extended Scope Practitioner services including injection therapy. The team of 50+ HCPC-registered, CSP-member physiotherapists also serves Alderney. —
