Founded early 1980s by Mr GW Scott as affiliate to UK lightning protection company. Bob Ozanne took over Channel Islands operation c.1994, ran it for ~22 years (known as 'Lightning Bob'). Tim and Liz Guilbert acquired the business in late 2015. Registered as limited company in 1996.
