Loaded is a food trailer sited beside the cycle path near the pétanque terrains in St Peter Port, serving burgers, burritos, dirty fries and chicken wings. The chef behind Loaded, Daniel McDonald, has two decades of experience in traditional kitchens. Beef is sourced from Cowley's farm in St Saviour's and lamb from Alfie's in Torteval, with sauces, jams, salsas and slaws made in-house. The 5.5m-long stainless steel food trailer opened at the end of November 2025. —
