The Office of the Children's Convenor is a statutory public office established in 2010 under the Children (Guernsey and Alderney) Law 2008. It investigates referrals concerning children under 18 who may need compulsory intervention and acts as gatekeeper to the Child Youth and Community Tribunal (CYCT).
