Founded in 1982 by Robert Lee who started importing mattresses before moving to manufacturing. Purchased by Philip & Nikki Swan with Stuart Walker. All sub-brands consolidated under one roof in January 2000. Named after Philip Swan House following his passing in 2007. Three generations of the Swan family have worked at the company.
