About

States of Guernsey | Population Management administers the Population Management (Guernsey) Law, 2016, which regulates the size and make-up of Guernsey's population. Operating since 3 April 2017, it issues Permits and Certificates for living and working in Guernsey, and determines who may live in Local Market or Open Market accommodation. The Administrator of Population Management and the Population Management Office team handle day-to-day administration under the Committee for Home Affairs.
