Story

Opened September 2019 as a partnership between GHA, HSC, and ESS. Regarded as the benchmark standard for future HSC residential developments. Enabled islanders previously accommodated in the UK to return to Guernsey.

The Autism Hub is a purpose-built autism-specific residential care facility in Vale, comprising eight bungalows. Operated by the States of Guernsey Committee for Health and Social Care (HSC) in partnership with Guernsey Housing Association, it provides 24/7 supported living for autistic adults. The facility features specialist design including high sound insulation, a sensory garden with trampoline, sensory gym, and assistive technology. Referrals are made through the Adult Resource Allocation Panel (ARAP). Opened September 2019.
