The Swallows Café is a café in the gardens of Les Cotils Hotel and Conference Centre in St Peter Port, open to the public as well as hotel guests. Formerly Les Cotils Coffee Shop, it was renovated and reopened under new management in July 2025. It offers morning coffee, afternoon tea, cakes, hot meals, and takeaway, with a speciality in Portuguese custard tarts and locally made bakes, and outdoor seating with sea views of Herm, Jethou, and Sark. —
