Tinto is a Spanish tapas and gin bar on The Pollet in St Peter Port, part of the Red Restaurant Group alongside Red Steakhouse and Rosso Pizza. It serves a daily-changing blackboard menu of 20–25 seasonal classic dishes, an extensive wine list spanning Spain, Portugal and South America, and over 50 gins in the San Sebastián style.
