10th (St Sampsons Methodist) Scout Group is one of the fantastic Sea Scout groups in the Vale. The group can often be found enjoying the waters of Grande Havre on a sunny summer's evening. As well as seaborne activities, the 10th undertake traditional Scouting games and skills. The group offers Squirrel Scouts for young people aged between four and six years, Beavers for those aged between six and eight years, Cub Scouting for ages 8 to 10½ years, and Scouts for young people aged between 10½ and 14 years old. —
