Born in London to Guernsey family. Family ran guest house at Vazon, later the Imperial Hotel at Rocquaine Bay. Evacuated from Guernsey 1940, returned 1946. Left Guernsey to study photography in London. Career in 1960s celebrity photography. Married Owen Le Tissier 1972, traveled internationally. Returned to Guernsey in 1980s, worked as local photographer doing advertising for offshore finance industry and weddings.

Fiona Adams (1935–2020) was a Guernsey-raised photographer renowned for her 1960s celebrity work, including the Beatles' Twist and Shout EP cover and portraits of the Rolling Stones, Jimi Hendrix, and Bob Dylan. She returned to Guernsey in the 1980s and continued working as a local photographer. Three of her works are held in the National Portrait Gallery. Her estate website offers fine art prints from her archive, approved by the artist before her death.
