Planning approved 21 July 2015, construction began 1 March 2016, first resident admitted 1 February 2017.

GreenAcres Specialist Dementia Care Home is a privately run, 47-bedroom specialist dementia care facility in St Martin, converted from the former Green Acres Hotel and opened in February 2017. Operated by GreenAcres Limited, it provides residential, day, respite, and end-of-life dementia care on a 24/7 basis, with a sensory garden, on-site kitchen, hairdressing salon, and activities programme. —
