Story

Formerly The Green Acres Hotel, a 43-bedroom 3-star hotel serving Guernsey's tourism industry for over 40 years. Hotel closed 31 October 2012. Conversion plans unveiled 2014 by five individuals (three local doctors, one RGN and her husband). Planning approved 21 July 2015, construction began 1 March 2016, first resident admitted 1 February 2017.

GreenAcres Specialist Dementia Care Home is a privately run, 47-bedroom specialist dementia care facility in St Martin, converted from the former Green Acres Hotel and opened in February 2017. Operated by GreenAcres Limited, it provides residential, day, respite, and end-of-life dementia care on a 24/7 basis, with a sensory garden, on-site kitchen, hairdressing salon, and activities programme.
