Founded in 1984 by Maurice Lihou on the vinery site in St Sampson's. Underwent a £4 million redevelopment starting in 2021, creating a modern two-story Facilities Centre with life-skills kitchen, accessible workshops, boardroom, training room, and two large recycled greenhouses. One of Guernsey's pioneering organisations for adults with learning disabilities.

Grow (CH147) is a Guernsey registered charity founded in 1984 by Maurice Lihou, supporting adults with learning disabilities to develop self-confidence and life skills through occupational training in horticulture, hospitality, retail, and workshops. Operating from a redeveloped site in St Sampson, the charity runs a vinery, Flourish Training Café, The Old Potting Shed retail shop, and craft workshops. Funded through a government service level agreement, site sales, and donations via Friends of Grow (FrOGs). —
