Owned by Stephen Lansdown CBE via Westward Investments, the development features an 18-hole par-69 course (5,400 yards) designed by European Golf Design, a Golf Performance Centre, a planned wellness spa with 25m pool (expected winter 2027), luxury lodges (planned), restaurant, brasserie, conference spaces, and a golf academy. —
