Les Fauconnaires Farm is an organic dairy farm, farmed by Jim and Liz Naftel, a third-generation farming family. It is the only Guernsey farm to be Soil Association certified organic. The farm holds RSPCA Farm Assured accreditation and supplies about 1,000 litres of organic milk a week to Guernsey Dairy. The farm maintains Guernsey's only solely A2/A2 herd, achieved through selective breeding with genetic testing supported by Guernsey Dairy. The Naftel family has farmed the land since about 2000, and the company was incorporated in 2012. —
