Acquired ASG Ltd (founded 1990) in January 2019. New group holding company Pula Aviation Services Ltd formed to consolidate all businesses.
Pula Aviation Services Limited is a Guernsey-based private aviation group formed in 2019, providing aircraft management, maintenance, charter, FBO ground handling, sales, parts supply, and special missions services through five subsidiaries. Subsidiary ASG Limited operates approximately 40,000 sq ft of hangarage at Guernsey Airport. The group employs approximately 100 people and is backed by Stephen Lansdown CBE's family office. —
