Richard Keen discovered the Asterix, a Gallo-Roman shipwreck dating to c. AD280, in St Peter Port harbour on Christmas Day 1982. He is a well-known Guernsey diver and fisherman frequently featured in the Guernsey Press for maritime discoveries.
