Story
Founded through a 30-year love of weaving. Amanda relocated to Sark after retirement from research and office life. Also founded Creative Sark arts initiative in June 2013.
Sark Threads is Amanda Vogan-Petrie's hand weaving studio on Sark, producing scarves, shawls, cushions, throws, and homeware in Merino wool, silk, and plant fibres. The studio's signature product is Sark Twill, a unique weave design registered at the Intellectual Property Office. Amanda also offers bespoke textile commissions and one-to-one weaving tutorials. —
