Founded in Guernsey in 1978 with legal advice from Carey Olsen. Based at The Bridge, St Sampsons for 23 years. Relocated to GROW Hub in January 2025. New office officially opened by the Bailiff of Guernsey, Sir Richard McMahon, on 4 June 2025.

Founded by Andy and Jo Priaulx after their children Sebastian and Danniella were both born prematurely. Initially raised funds for hot cots for the Guernsey neonatal unit. Celebrated 20th anniversary in November 2023 on World Prematurity Day.
