Alderney Housing Association Ltd (AHA) is an independent charitable limited company established in 2010, providing affordable social rented and partial ownership housing for lower-income residents of Alderney. Working alongside the States of Alderney and affiliated with the Guernsey Housing Association (GHA), AHA has built 15 new homes since 2011 and manages property maintenance, housing applications, and property development.
