Launched 28 February 2024 as Guernsey's first dedicated homelessness charity, incubated by the Guernsey Community Foundation following their 2022 Homelessness in Guernsey report and an 8-month project with Homeless Network Scotland. Support service began January 2025. Supported 125+ islanders in first full year.

At Home in Guernsey is Guernsey's first dedicated homelessness charity, established in 2024 and incubated by the Guernsey Community Foundation. It provides free, confidential one-to-one emotional and practical support to adults aged 18 and over who are at risk of or experiencing homelessness. Services include advocacy, signposting, a Home Share Scheme, a Day Centre for rough sleepers, a Support Plus service, and policy advocacy with the States of Guernsey.
