The Guernsey Society of Authors is a social club for published, soon-to-be-published, and aspiring writers, describing itself as a branch of The Society of Authors (SoA). Founded and organised by Guernsey-based novelist Theresa Le Flem, with active member Kelvin Whelan, it holds free monthly evening meetings at 7.15pm at Writer's Block. These meetings offer peer discussion on topics such as submissions, publishing, rejection, finding an agent, copyright, and editing. —
