Health Connections LBG (charity no. CH39) is a Guernsey registered charity founded in 1999 as Health Information Guernsey. It creates connected communities through six core services: a community directory of 655 listings, health signposting, volunteer-driver transport (39 drivers, 6,212 journeys in 2025), talking cafes, off-island medical travel support, and a charity shop at Beatrice House in St Peter Port. The organisation is led by CEO Bella Farrell and holds the Queen's Award for Voluntary Service (2010). —
