Volunteer Ambulance Reserve is a volunteer division of the St John Ambulance & Rescue Service, supporting Guernsey's professional ambulance crews at major incidents, during periods of high demand, and in adverse weather conditions. Volunteers are trained in first aid, triage, major incident equipment setup, and treatment post operation, deploying resources including shelters, vehicles, generators, and medical equipment.
