Two are extra-care developments opened in 2016 by the Guernsey Housing Association — La Nouvelle Maraitaine in the Vale (54 flats) and Le Grand Courtil in St Martin, built on the former Longue Rue residential home. The third, Alderney's Jubilee, is 14 sheltered studios run by The Connaught charity. —
