Three States of Guernsey services, all working in dementia care. The Older Adult Community Mental Health Team at the Oberlands Centre was MSNAP-accredited in 2024. The Admiral Nurse Service, launched April 2023, was the first in the Channel Islands and won the 2025 UK Dementia Nurse Award. The Willows Day Centre in Vale carries 20 day places. —
