Four bakery cafés, all in St Peter Port. The oldest, Anni's Hideaway (2011), is Austrian-inspired — renamed in 2023 for the Bad Hofgastein pastry chef who first led its kitchen. The newest, The Swallows (July 2025), reopened in the Les Cotils gardens with Portuguese custard tarts. Crêpe Maison (2021) and Café Victoria (2023) fill the middle. —
