Housing Department coordinates the States of Guernsey's Corporate Housing Programme and manages approximately 1,700 social housing properties through three sections: Housing Allocations, Housing Tenancy Management, and Housing Property Management. Services span social housing allocation, extra care housing, key worker accommodation, property maintenance, and residential care at Longue Rue House and Maison Maritaine. The department is overseen by the Committee for Housing and works in partnership with the Guernsey Housing Association. —
