Housing Department

St Peter Port

About

Housing Department is responsible for the overall co-ordination and management of the Corporate Housing Programme to fulfil the States Housing Strategy. It provides and manages social rental housing, administering Housing Control and Right to Work Laws, and managing residential care homes like Longue Rue House and Maison Maritaine. The Housing Department's 'Tenancy Management Section' should be contacted to notify them of the death of the deceased, and change any tenancy agreement if the next of kin remains in the property. —
