About

Le Nautique Restaurant occupies converted late-1700s harbour-side vaults at Quay Steps, St Peter Port, claimed to be Guernsey's oldest continuously operating restaurant. Chef-proprietor Günter Botzenhardt has led the kitchen since the mid-1960s, building a menu around daily-landed Guernsey fish and shellfish with organic and locally sourced ingredients. The two-floor dining room features Art Nouveau-inspired décor, nautical influences, historic vaulted ceilings, and views over the marina and Castle Cornet. Offerings include à la carte, set lunch, a cocktail bar, and private dining for up to 40 guests.
