The Rockhouse, owned by Neil and Faye Lomax, offers Pilates services through its Wellness Studios. These studios provide Reformer Pilates and infrared-mat recovery sessions, with drop-in classes priced at £35 for Reformer and infrared mat, and £17.50 for standard Mat classes. The Studios are open Monday to Friday from 06:15 to 20:00, and Saturday and Sunday from 08:00 to 12:00, after which the space is used for community, charity, and private events. —
