Guernsey Kennel Club is a non-profit organisation, voluntarily registered on the Guernsey Charity Register. It maintains its own dog registration and pedigree records, operating independently of the UK Kennel Club, and also runs an Activity register for non-pedigree dogs. The club organises four pedigree dog shows annually, along with matches and ringcraft classes. It also provides junior handling classes for children aged 6 to 16, run by Chrissy and Paige Le Moignan. The club has been operating since 1901. —
