Formed in 2019 and selected by the States of Guernsey to regenerate the facilities serving the Ladies' and Children's Pools; new cafe and community facilities opened June 2022. The States restored pool surfaces in 2021 and granted a licence for an assisted access ramp.

Vive La Vallette is a registered Guernsey charity (Limited By Guarantee) established in 2019 to regenerate and operate the historic La Vallette Bathing Pools in St Peter Port. Trading publicly as The Bathing Pools, it runs a seafront café, changing rooms with showers and lockers, and the Swallow Pavilion for private hire and events. Community programming includes sunrise yoga, farmers' markets, water-safety courses, and art groups; accessible facilities include an assisted ramp to the water. The building, designed by DLM Architects, won a RIBA South East Award in 2024. —
